- 1No member may use the Foundation's name, identity, logo, or activities for personal gain.
- 2All financial transactions of the Foundation will be conducted with transparency, honesty, and accountability.
- 3The Foundation's income and expenditure accounts will be published at designated intervals for member awareness.
- 4No important decision will be considered effective without the approval of the Governing Body.
- 5The opinions, advice, and participation of all members will be given due importance and respect.
- 6No discrimination based on religion, race, gender, ethnic identity, or political ideology will be acceptable.
- 7All activities of the Foundation will be conducted for humanitarian, social, and welfare purposes.
- 8No political campaigning, party activities, or political involvement will be acceptable under the Foundation.
- 9Mutual respect, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and harmonious relations must be maintained among members.
- 10In emergency situations, necessary decisions will be made through special meetings or discussions.
- 11No activity that harms the Foundation's reputation, dignity, and ideals will be acceptable.
- 12Donations, assistance, and relief activities will be conducted on the basis of proper verification and actual need.
- 13Long-term, sustainable, and humanitarian development projects for the welfare of society will be undertaken and implemented.
- 14Young people will be encouraged to engage in voluntary, humanitarian, and social development activities.
- 15All members must conduct the Foundation's activities with honesty, humanity, ethics, and responsibility.
- 16Transparency and accountability will be ensured in all information, activities, and decision-making processes of the Foundation.
- 17If any member violates any clause of the above policies, their membership will be considered cancelled as per the organization's decision.
